Justin Bieranoski
Rehab Director/Physical Therapist
Justin has been employed at Rolling Meadows for 12 years. His duties consist of assessing residents, developing and modifying plans of care to help residents maximize their functional abilities, plan for safe discharge home, and schedule and manage all physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy staff at the facility. His favorite part of the job is getting to know the people of Greene County and helping our residents achieve their goals that are the most important to them. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his son, JJ, and daughter, Jane, in youth sports and volunteering with his wife at JFK Catholic School in Washington, PA.

Adam Duncan
Physical Therapy Assistant
Adamhas been employed at Rolling Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation for 5 years. His job duties consist of assisting residents with transfers, lower extremity exercises, core exercises, and balance activities. His favorite part of his job is seeing each resident achieve their goals and return home. He enjoys putting a smile on everyone's face every day. Outside of work, Adam enjoys sporting events. He is a WVU and Steelers fan and enjoys attending the games. He not only enjoys watching, but he enjoys playing sports as well.

Breanna Cook
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Breanna has been employed at Rolling Meadows for 3 years. Her job duties consist of assisting residents with activities of daily living; such as bathing, dressing, cooking, and cleaning to increase their independence to return home safely. Her favorite part of her job is seeing residents progress and returning home at their highest level of independence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family; especially being outdoors playing with her son and fur babies.

Alexandria Carr
Occupational Therapist
Alexandria has been employed at Rolling Meadows for 2 years. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking.

Britney has been employed at Rolling Meadows for 2 years. Her job duties include helping residents regain their strength and balance with activities, assisting residents with walking, training residents on the use of appropriate assistive devices and equipment. Her favorite part of her job is when a resident reaches a new goal and she can see their joy and sense of achievement, and she realizes she was part of their success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, singing, racing cars, and working on her 1947 Dodge pickup rat rod.

Speech and Language Pathologist
Ari has been employed at Rolling Meadows for 3 years. Her job duties consist of determining least restrictive diet and liquid consistencies for increased ease and efficiency of meal intake for safety and minimizing weight loss/malnutrition and increasing orientation, memory, and problem solving for overall increased safety awareness. Her favorite part of her job is when residents that have a feeding tube are able to progress to consuming food by mouth again. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with my husband and son.

Rehab Aide
Christina has been employed at Rolling Meadows for 3 y ears. Her job duties consist of assisting the rehab director, office management tasks, and assisting in transporting residents to and from therapy. Her favorite part of her job is the social interactions with residents and staff members. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and taking long walks.
